1. About Lixhub

Lixhub is a digital identity verification and KYC platform owned and operated by:

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lixhub platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are a citizen or lawful resident of India, or a duly registered business entity under Indian law
You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
You are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law
The information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and up to date

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration

To access the Platform's features, you must create an account by providing your name, email address, and other required information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You must immediately notify us at lixhub@rabinnson.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each individual or organisation may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction or verification is strictly prohibited.

4. KYC and Identity Verification

4.1 KYC Obligation

Use of certain features of the Platform requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You agree to:

Provide accurate and genuine identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN, and others as required)
Complete the verification process within the timeframe specified
Update your KYC information promptly if it changes

4.2 Aadhaar Consent

If you choose to use Aadhaar-based verification via DigiLocker:

You provide your free, informed, and explicit consent for Lixhub to access your Aadhaar data through DigiLocker
You understand that only masked Aadhaar (last 4 digits) or Virtual ID will be stored — never the full Aadhaar number
You may withdraw this consent at any time, though doing so may limit your access to certain Platform features

4.3 Document Authenticity

Submission of false, forged, or misleading documents is a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act, 2000. We reserve the right to report such instances to the appropriate authorities.

4.4 Verification Status

Organisation accounts are subject to review by our platform administrators. During the review period, certain features may be restricted. We aim to complete verification within 24–48 business hours.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Submit false, forged, or tampered identity documents
Attempt to bypass or circumvent the KYC or authentication processes
Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform without written authorisation
Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
Impersonate any person or organisation
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or Platform staff
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

6. Platform Services

6.1 KYC Verification Services

The Platform enables organisations to submit, manage, and track KYC verifications for their members and customers, including document upload, DigiLocker integration, liveness detection, and Video KYC.

6.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may cause temporary downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.

6.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice to users.

7. Payments and Billing

7.1 Pricing

Certain features of the Platform are available under paid subscription plans or credit-based pricing. Current pricing is displayed on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7.3 Credits and Wallet

Credits purchased are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. Unused credits expire as per the terms of the plan under which they were purchased.

7.4 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction to lixhub@rabinnson.com. Refunds are subject to review and are at the discretion of Rabinnson Private Limited. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.

7.5 Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes. GST or other taxes will be added as applicable under Indian law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Rights

The Platform, including all software, design, content, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of Rabinnson Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right.

8.2 Licence to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your lawful business purposes.

8.3 Your Data

You retain ownership of the documents and data you submit to the Platform. By submitting data, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

9. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review the Privacy Policy at [lixhub.com/legal/privacy-policy] to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
KYC verifications will always be accepted by third-party authorities
Results of identity verification will be suitable for any particular regulatory purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Rabinnson Private Limited shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunity
Any damages resulting from regulatory non-compliance by the user

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rabinnson Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your submission of false or fraudulent documents
Your violation of any third party's rights

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms or our policies
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
Your account shows signs of fraudulent activity
You submit false KYC documents

13.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at lixhub@rabinnson.com. Closing your account does not affect our right to retain data as required by law.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 11, 12, and 16) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

15. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days from the date the dispute is notified in writing. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Hyderabad.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do:

The "Last Updated" date at the top will be revised
For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rabinnson Private Limited with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
